As the Official Drive-In of the Big XII, SONIC® asked us for a slam dunk of a fan experience during the Big XII Basketball Championship. So we encouraged fans to up their sip game with a mobile drink truck that gave away free SONIC® Cherry Limeades. And we created signage that directed fans right to the mobile drink truck. Then we handed out sweatband koozies to help fans keep their beverage cool, or to look like a basketball player. It was really up to them. We also threw in a Snapchat filter to help fans capture the moment in time forever. Or for a maximum of 10 seconds.
