Sullivan Higdon & Sink Adds Six New Sheephaters to Meet Growing Client Needs

Sullivan Higdon & Sink (SHS), a creative firm that exists to inspire brands and people to be remarkable, has recently garnered six new employees – Ashley Daggs, Laura Miller, Tory McComb, Jennifer Cole, Becca Heeke and Bailey Cernohous. All are employed at the Wichita location.

Ashley Daggs joins SHS as a research analyst and is responsible for research efforts including programming and fielding surveys, analyzing survey data and presenting research results. Her team primarily focuses on the food value chain, but also serves finance and a variety of other regional clients. Before joining SHS, Daggs served as a graduate research assistant at Texas Tech University. She has three years of research experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in animal science and a master’s degree in agricultural communications.

Laura Miller joins SHS as a project manager on the aviation, aerospace and defense team. She is responsible for building project schedules and estimates, helping to drive overall workflow and processes. Before joining SHS, Miller served as campus director at Crave Beauty Academy. She has over seven years of management experience. Miller earned a degree in business administration from Friends University in 2005 and an MBA from Southwestern College in 2007.

Tory McComb joins SHS as a business manager and is responsible for billing and financial reporting. Prior to joining SHS, McComb was a JIB specialist at Berexco, Inc. He has 15 years’ experience in the accounting field and received his Bachelor of Accounting from Purdue University.

Jennifer Cole joins SHS as a content and community manager and is responsible for community strategy, content creation and driving digital community engagement across multiple social media channels. Prior to joining SHS, Cole was the digital content distribution manager at RSA Marketing Services. She has four years of social media experience and an expertise in community engagement and social media strategy. She holds a bachelor degree in psychology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

Becca Heeke joins SHS as an assistant brand manager and is responsible for multiple accounts, collaborating with project managers, developing client relationships and working to understand the meat industry and competitive environment. Before joining SHS, Heeke was a marketing coordinator for Building Controls and Services, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in marketing and communications from McPherson College, where she co-founded a student-run agency that caters to nonprofits.

Bailey Cernohous joins SHS as a team coordinator and is responsible for assisting brand and project managers by building and monitoring multiple project schedules simultaneously for a variety of client campaigns. Prior to Cernohous becoming a team coordinator, she was a brand management intern at SHS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising account management and marketing.
